When Glovo Morocco came to us, they were expanding their restaurant partner network, and the operations weren't keeping up. Every new partner started as a cold contact needing a response in Moroccan French, within minutes, at any hour. Every active partner had questions and complaints arriving constantly and unpredictably. Every road incident needed to be documented before details were lost. All of it was running on human effort, and the operational surface had grown faster than any team could cover.

We deployed four AI agents across the full partner lifecycle. The Sales SDR Agent qualifies cold contacts and inbound WhatsApp leads in Moroccan French, 24/7, handing off only verified contacts to sales. The Account Management Agent handles all partner queries and complaints, escalating only what it can't resolve. The Broadcast Agent delivers mass partner communications and handles every reply automatically. The Road Safety Agent collects incident reports through WhatsApp, location, photos, parties involved, and files the spreadsheet automatically on close.

Before Palete, the team's capacity was the ceiling. After Palete, the four agents handle the volume while the human team focuses on what actually requires them. Since February 2026: 5,900 contacts processed, 510 qualified leads delivered to sales, 36,000 broadcasts sent, and a total first-month ops cost of €841 for four agents running simultaneously.

Glovo Morocco operates a network of over 15,000 restaurant and delivery partners. Every one of them communicates with Glovo through WhatsApp. New partner inquiries, activation questions, daily operational issues, campaign announcements. All of it flows through the same channel.

The operations team was handling everything manually. New leads sat in the queue alongside existing partner questions. Onboarding was a back-and-forth that could stretch for days. Account managers were buried in repetitive requests instead of focusing on partner performance. And when Glovo needed to communicate with the full network (a policy change, a new feature, a seasonal campaign), there was no scalable way to do it and handle the replies.
